Yes, ATHANIQ offers free shipping on all orders across India. Sarees, kurtis, cord sets and all ethnic wear qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be initiated.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Our team reviews your request. If approved, return pickup instructions and any applicable charges are shared with you.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Courier pickup is arranged at your address.

Quality Verification

Returned product undergoes thorough quality inspection. ATHANIQ reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.

Upon successful verification, replacement is dispatched or store credit is issued to your account immediately.

Report within 48 hours of delivery. Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

How do I place an order on ATHANIQ?

Browse our collections, select your size, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy on WhatsApp". Via cart, you'll be guided through checkout. Via WhatsApp, our team will personally assist you with the order and payment.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't entered the processing stage. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +91 94273 90170 with your order ID. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, cancellations may not be possible.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation message with your order details and ID within 30 minutes of placing your order. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders of 10+ pieces. Email us at wholesale@athaniq.com with your requirements and we'll provide a custom quote within 48 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 days for other areas. Remote locations may take 7–10 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for select cities at an additional charge of ₹299.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders above ₹2,999 qualify for free standard shipping across India. For orders below ₹2,999, shipping charges are ₹99 for metro cities and ₹149 for other areas.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this on our courier partner's website. You can also WhatsApp us at any time with your order ID for a live status update.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch globally.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items, custom-stitched blouses, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for returns.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified by our quality team (2–3 business days). Once approved, refunds credit within 2–3 days for UPI payments and 5–7 days for card/net banking payments.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges follow the same verification process as returns, and the replacement is dispatched once the original item is approved.

How do I find my correct size?

Check our detailed Size Guide for comprehensive measurement charts. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up. You can also WhatsApp us with your measurements and we'll recommend the right size for you.

Are the colours accurate in the product photos?

We photograph our products under professional studio lighting to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to monitor/screen settings. If you need to see a specific colour in natural light, WhatsApp us and we'll share additional photos.

Do sarees come with a blouse piece?

Yes, all our sarees include an unstitched blouse piece (typically 0.8–1 metre). The blouse is not pre-stitched — you'll need to get it tailored to your measurements. Please refer to our Size Guide for blouse measurement guidelines.

How do I care for my saree or kurti?

Care instructions are printed on the label of each garment. As a general guide: silk sarees should be dry cleaned only; cotton and linen may be hand-washed in cold water; avoid direct sunlight when drying; iron on low heat with a pressing cloth for embroidered pieces.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. For WhatsApp orders, we share a secure payment link.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 in most serviceable pin codes. A COD handling fee of ₹49 applies. To check COD availability for your area, please WhatsApp us with your pin code.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We never store your full card details on our servers. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
